#使用方法 How to use

1.本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)貯存于零下 20℃以下的環(huán)境中。使用前放置室溫回溫 1~2 小時(shí)，未使用完的產(chǎn)品貯存時(shí)，應(yīng)要將 出膠口密封好，并放入零下 20℃以下的環(huán)境中。

The product should be stored below -20 ℃ . Before use, the product should be placed at room temperature for 1~2 hours. When the unused product is stored, the outlet should be sealed and placed in an environment below -20℃.

2.保持粘接器件表面清潔，將膠液均勻擠于部件上，然后放入烘箱加熱固化。

操作注意事項(xiàng) Handling Precaution

應(yīng)避免與含有 N 、P 、S 等有機(jī)化合物，Sn 、Pb 、Hg 、Sb 、Bi 、As 等重金屬的離子性化合物，含有乙炔基等 不飽和基的有機(jī)化合物接觸；常見(jiàn)的如環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂類(lèi)膠水，瞬干類(lèi)膠水，甚至縮合型硅膠都不要混和擺放或烘烤 等。

The products should avoid contacting with organic compounds containing N, P, S, heavy-metal ionic compounds of Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb, Bi, and other unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizers containing ethynyl radical. Keep away from epoxy resin adhesives, instant adhesives or silicone sealants containing organo-tin catalyst, etc.

#存放及貯存期 Storage and Shelf life

產(chǎn)品應(yīng)密封保存，應(yīng)貯存于在零下 20℃以下，貯存期為 6 個(gè)月。
